Thank you for shopping with Janet & Sarah. We aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and transparently as possible.

1. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. UK shipping rates and delivery times

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

• Standard Delivery: £1.99 for orders under £50
• Free Delivery: Orders of £50 or more
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and dispatched.

3. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking can take 3–5 business days to update.

4. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect delivery information, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Please contact us at info@janetandsarah.com if you need help with an order.
